WP & Associates Realty announced today that it has joined the CENTURY 21^® System and will now do business as CENTURY 21 WP & Associates. The company will continue to provide full-service real estate services to buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Puget Sound area, and it will now benefit from the world-class marketing, agent learning and educational resources, and technology and productivity tools provided through its affiliation with the iconic CENTURY 21 brand.

Designated broker/owner Rango Le brings 14 years of real estate experience to the table in both residential real estate and development, along with a team of 100 agents. Born in Vietnam, Le traveled to the U.S. with his single mother and siblings when he was only a year old. Now a home and business owner, Le and his team are constantly focused on giving back to the community that fostered them and helping others achieve, not only their dream of homeownership, but success in the Seattle area.

The CENTURY 21 WP & Associates team has worked for year to uplift economically disadvantaged people. In 2008 and 2009, Le taught first-time homebuyer classes at Acorn Housing, a nonprofit that provided free housing counseling to low and moderate income buyers. More recently, in 2014, the team remodeled the Everett Gospel Mission, Men, Women & Children’s Center.
